Getting started
Who is Youth & Soul for?+
Adults 18 and over who reside in the United States. Some programs may have additional eligibility criteria reviewed during intake.
Where is Youth & Soul available?+
Youth & Soul provides telehealth services to eligible adults in all 50 U.S. states. Care is provided by affiliated licensed providers, and prescriptions are fulfilled only through licensed pharmacy partners authorized to dispense in the patient's state. If one pharmacy partner cannot fulfill in a specific state, we work with another licensed pharmacy partner when available.
How do I sign up?+
Choose a program, complete the online intake, and a US-licensed provider will review your information.
Is Youth & Soul a clinic or a pharmacy?+
Neither. Youth & Soul is a telehealth platform. Care is delivered by independent US-licensed providers, and prescriptions are dispensed by state-licensed pharmacy partners.
Is a medical questionnaire required?+
Yes. Every patient must complete a confidential online medical intake before a provider can review your case. The intake covers your goals, medical history, current medications, allergies, and other clinical information the provider needs to make a safe treatment decision.
Does payment guarantee a prescription?+
No. Payment covers a clinical review by a US-licensed provider. The provider exercises independent medical judgment and may decline to prescribe when treatment is not clinically appropriate. If the provider declines, you will not be charged the subscription fee.
Providers & pharmacy
Who provides medical care?+
Youth & Soul provides an asynchronous (and synchronous when needed, for non-controlled substances) telemedicine platform that delivers your online visit information to our clinical providers and coordinates prescription fulfillment through our partner pharmacy. Our clinical providers are Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC, located at 300 Lenora Street, Seattle, WA 98121. They can be contacted at medicalcompliance@arorahealthgroup.com.
Which pharmacy fulfills prescriptions?+
Prescriptions, when issued, are fulfilled by our licensed partner pharmacy: F&F Pharmacies Inc. dba Jungle Jim's Pharmacy, 5484 Dixie Highway, Fairfield, OH 45014, phone (877) 858-3784. Jungle Jim's Pharmacy maintains licenses in 40 U.S. states. They do not dispense sterile compounds and do not currently hold licenses in California, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, West Virginia, or Delaware. Where Jungle Jim's cannot dispense, we work with another licensed pharmacy partner when available.
Medical & safety
Are prescriptions guaranteed?+
No. Providers exercise independent medical judgment and may decline to prescribe if treatment is not clinically appropriate.
What if I need emergency care?+
Youth & Soul does not provide emergency care. Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
How do I report a side effect?+
Email safety@youthandsoul.com or contact your provider through your account. For severe reactions, seek emergency care immediately.
Prescriptions & shipping
Where do prescriptions ship from?+
From US state-licensed pharmacy partners, in plain, discreet packaging.
How long does shipping take?+
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after a provider issues a prescription.
Can I get a refill?+
Refills are issued at the discretion of your provider after periodic check-ins through your account.
Billing & subscriptions
How does pricing work?+
Each program has a clearly displayed monthly subscription price. There are no hidden fees. See each program page for current pricing.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support@youthandsoul.com.
Do you offer refunds?+
Refund eligibility is described in our Terms of Service. Prescription medications, once dispensed, generally cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Privacy
Who sees my health information?+
Only the licensed provider reviewing your case and the dispensing pharmacy. We do not sell your health information. See our Privacy Policy.
Is my account secure?+
Yes. Accounts are protected by modern security standards and encrypted in transit.
