Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 27, 2026

1. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees pay for a licensed provider's clinical review of your intake and are generally non-refundable once the review has been completed, including when the provider determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. If your intake has not yet been reviewed, you may request a full refund of the consultation fee by contacting support@youthandsoul.com.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance at the price displayed on the program page at sign-up and renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@youthandsoul.com. Cancellation prevents future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable. Access to the Services continues through the end of the paid cycle.
  • We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial use of a billing cycle.

3. Prescription Medications

For your safety and in accordance with US and state pharmacy laws, prescription medications cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have been dispensed and shipped from the pharmacy. This applies regardless of whether the package has been opened.

4. Shipping Issues

  • Lost in transit: If a tracked shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with the pharmacy partner to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional charge.
  • Damaged on arrival: Contact support@youthandsoul.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product. Replacements are subject to provider and pharmacy approval.
  • Wrong item: If you receive a product different from what was prescribed, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a corrected fulfillment at no additional charge.

5. Discretionary Refunds

We may issue refunds outside of this Policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, for example in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or other extenuating circumstances. Requests will be reviewed in good faith.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@youthandsoul.com with your order number, the charge in question, and a brief description of your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most billing questions can be resolved quickly by our support team. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and result in suspension of your account pending investigation.
