Boudica Agency LLC d/b/a Youth & Soul ("Youth & Soul", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at youthandsoul.com and the related telehealth platform (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information about you when you visit our website, create an account, or use the Services. Protected Health Information (PHI) processed in connection with the care you receive through independent licensed providers is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, mailing and billing addresses, date of birth, government-issued identification when required to verify eligibility, account credentials, intake responses, photographs you upload, and messages you send us or your provider.

Payment information: processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Automatically collected information: device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, analytics, and to remember your preferences.

Information from third parties: verification data from identity-verification providers, fraud-prevention signals, and information your provider or pharmacy partner shares with us to fulfill your care.

  • Independent licensed providers who review your intake and deliver care.
  • State-licensed pharmacy partners that dispense and ship prescribed medications.
  • Service providers that help us operate the Services (hosting, payments, email, analytics, customer support, identity verification).
  • Authorities when we are legally required to disclose information, to protect the safety of any person, or to investigate fraud or abuse of the Services.
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections.

We do not sell your personal information or PHI. We do not share your PHI with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. Medical records and prescription information are retained for the period required by applicable federal and state law. We may retain limited information afterward as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

9. International Users

The Services are operated from the United States and are intended for US residents only. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.
