SMS Terms & Conditions

When you provide your mobile phone number to Boudica Agency LLC d/b/a Youth & Soul ("Youth & Soul") and opt in, you agree to receive SMS or MMS text messages from us related to your account, intake, orders, shipping, appointment reminders, care coordination, refill notifications, customer support responses, and, where you have separately consented, marketing or promotional messages.

You may opt in by entering your mobile phone number on our website, in your account settings, or in response to a request from us. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Standard messaging rates apply.

Message frequency varies based on your activity (for example, intake status, shipments, provider messages, and refills). You will not receive more messages than reasonably necessary to provide the Services you have requested.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Youth & Soul is not responsible for charges from your carrier. Contact your carrier for pricing details.

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially or reply START.

Major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Cricket Wireless. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information collected through SMS is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where the message contains Protected Health Information, our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may modify or terminate the SMS program at any time. We will post any material changes to these SMS Terms on this page with an updated Effective Date.
