Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to use Youth & Soul. Some programs may have additional eligibility criteria reviewed during intake.

Youth & Soul is a technology platform that connects users with independent, US-licensed healthcare providers and state-licensed pharmacies. Youth & Soul does not itself provide medical care. Providers exercise independent medical judgment and may decline to prescribe when treatment is not clinically appropriate.

By using our services, you consent to receive care via telehealth. You acknowledge that telehealth has limitations and that, in some cases, in-person care is more appropriate. Your provider may recommend in-person evaluation.

Youth & Soul is not for medical emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. Prescription medications, once dispensed, cannot be returned for safety reasons. We may provide refunds at our discretion in limited circumstances; contact support@youthandsoul.com.

Issuance of any prescription is at the sole discretion of the reviewing licensed provider. Payment for a subscription does not entitle you to a prescription. Prescriptions are dispensed by independent state-licensed pharmacy partners.

You agree to provide accurate information during intake, not to share your account, and not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Services and content are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Youth & Soul disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
