Shipping & Medication Policy

1. How prescriptions are dispensed

Prescriptions issued by independent US-licensed Providers through Youth & Soul are dispensed by state-licensed pharmacy partners. The pharmacy is responsible for the preparation, labeling, and shipment of your medication. Youth & Soul does not itself dispense or ship medication.

2. Eligibility and addresses

We ship to physical addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to PO boxes for prescription medications, and we do not ship internationally, to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or to US territories. You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a shipment.

3. Processing and delivery times

  • Provider review of your intake typically completes within 24–72 hours after submission.
  • Once a prescription is approved, the pharmacy generally processes and ships within 1–3 business days.
  • Standard shipping arrives within 3–7 business days of leaving the pharmacy, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
  • Refills follow the same processing and shipping timelines.

4. Carriers, packaging, and tracking

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx in discreet, unbranded packaging. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order leaves the pharmacy. Adult signature may be required at the carrier's or pharmacy's discretion based on the medication.

5. Storage and handling

Follow the storage instructions on your medication label and accompanying patient information. Some medications require refrigeration on arrival and include cold-chain packaging. Inspect each shipment promptly and contact support@youthandsoul.com if you have any concerns about its condition.

6. Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

  • Delayed: If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, contact support and we will open a trace with the carrier.
  • Lost: If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with the pharmacy partner to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional charge.
  • Damaged: Report damaged packages within 7 days of delivery, with photos. Replacements are subject to provider and pharmacy approval.

7. Returns and disposal

For the safety of all patients, dispensed prescription medications cannot be returned to the pharmacy or to Youth & Soul. Unused or expired medication should be disposed of in accordance with FDA guidance and through a DEA-authorized take-back location when available.

8. Subscription cancellation and pausing

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@youthandsoul.com. Cancellation prevents future renewals; any order that has already been processed by the pharmacy cannot be recalled. See our Refund Policy for details on billing and refunds.

9. Provider discretion

Refills and continued treatment are at the discretion of your reviewing Provider. The Provider may require check-ins, labs, or in-person evaluation before authorizing additional fulfillment.
